"Took my Ram 1500 to have the serpentine belt replaced on Feb 20th. Was told that I also needed replace the thermostat and the water pump replaced. $1500 dollars later and this was completed. However, when I drove the truck home that night, I noticed that the truck was now shaking at idle. Which it had never done before. So 2 days later on Feb 22, I take it back to have it looked at again. Technician told me it was probably spark plugs. Another $800 dollars later these were replaced. Drove the truck home that night and the truck still shook when at idle. I inspected the work that was done and I noticed that the radiator fan shroud was broken and was in pieces. It was also missing most of the plastic clips that are supposed to hold it in. One piece was dangling loosely almost hitting the radiator cooling fan blade. When looking at the radiator cooling fan blade, I noticed it was missing a blade and it had been broken off. I suspect that the technicians needed to remove the radiator fan shroud and the radiator cooling fan blade itself to replace the serpentine belt. When doing this, they must have accidentally dropped the radiator cooling fan blade when removing and broke it. Then to conceal their mistake, they just bolted it back on like nothing ever happened. The second time I brought my truck in, I was never told of the radiator cooling fan blade being broken. Long story short, I replaced the radiator cooling fan, radiator fan clutch, and the fan shroud myself and guess what.... the truck no longer shakes at idle. I do not recommend anyone taking their vehicle here to get worked on. I have told my friends and family to avoid this place at all costs. I do not post reviews often but I felt like I needed to to warn others not to make the same mistake I did."

"Got my oil change done on a Saturday, got charged over $90 just for the basic package which is a little high I think! A few days later noticed a big pool of oil under my car and I opened my hood and there was oil everywhere! Looked and the cap was not on and was sitting on the radiator! Checked the dip stick and there was no oil! Called Breaks Plus and they towed it to the shop and they at least cleaned it and changed the oil! Was very frustrated but they at least fix their mistake! Don’t think I will ever be back again!"
