"During CO cold temperature warning weather alert day, two very nice young employees of the Costco Tire Center helped me on my way to work and saved the day, truly! I commute between Denver and north CO every night and was having trouble getting air into my tires due to severe cold temperatures. I contacted the tire center as they were the only center open and the gentleman that answered said he would be able to help me. It was an hr before they closed, a lot of businesses were closing early that day, so I cannot express how grateful I am to the two employees who helped me! I was able to make it to work in time and finish out my week without having to worry about blowing out a tire on I25. I will definitely be back for any future service needs. Thank you again"
"My tire had a puncture, which was slowly leaking. Showed up mid afternoon on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and was helped and back on the road within the hour. Thank you very much for the amazing service!"
"The people are nice and seem competent and skilled. However, they don’t have the bodies to service the vehicles they take in. You’re best served taking the first appointment of the day. If you take the last appointment, be prepared to wait well past closing time (like 9pm). They stand by your their work and they certainly try to make things okay, it’s just a lot of time. That said, maybe this is the standard at tire stores, as I’m not experienced beyond what they offer."
"Costco in Longmont really needs to improve their service for tires. I bought 4 tires , they lost my full size spare tire and left the bad tire in the back of my car. I informed the manager about this and all they could off me was half price on a single tire even though they took my full size spare and already recycled it."
"Good prices on tires and I really like the tire warranty with included flat repair, nitrogen fill ups, rotate/balance. I’ve had to have two flat repairs and had no issue either time. It is really convenient that I can shop while I wait. The only downside is they are always pretty busy and appointments can be a week out or more, but they always take walk ins if I can’t get an appointment. I’ll be buying more tires here for sure."
