"I made an appointment with these guys to do an alignment and tire rotation. Before my scheduled appointment, I noticed my brakes feeling strange. "For as long as I've been taking my vehicles to Big O Tires, they've always done me good and right. Today, they were upfront and honest by letting me know the mechanic to perform the work my vehicle needed wasn't in yet. I was given an estimated amount of time based on when that mechanic showed up. One of the office mechanics went into the shop to expedite the process and teach another mechanic how to perform the work. My 90 minute wait time only ended up being 45 minutes. Thank you Big O for keeping my many vehicles running properly and for being such nice and friendly people."
"Don't come here. Brought my Jeep in knowing what it needed already. They call me saying they can't do the alignment because of this. (Look at the picture )Now I know damn well this was not like this when I brought it into them. If the rookie knew what the hell he was doing he should have loosed the bolt first. I can tell they used a monkey wrench on it, those are fresh marks. But they want to be dishonest and can't be upfront about the damage they caused. Never again will I do business with these guys."
