"I was barely greeted,, barely acknowledged, except for that they asked, “would I like an oil change”. The young man who actually did the work did seem to interact with me better, although they never came into the waiting room where I was sitting to ask me any questions about what services I cared to have, I probably actually would’ve upgraded to a more expensive oil change but they never discussed it with me. They performed the standard oil change without asking me and then never brought in any evidence that they had checked the oil filter or air filter. Never discussed having any other services done with me. Never printed off an invoice statement that discussed the things that they considered needing to be fixed Barely acknowledged me when I went to pay for their service and very little interaction with me as a customer."

"Super fast service, kind people, and discounted rate. Was very pleased today, oil changes are my most commonly procrastinated auto maintenance but this helped me a ton."

"The only gripe I had was a had to wait a while before I was helped. That said it was -7 degrees in Thornton today and the guys and gals there were working as hard and as fast as possible. So 5 stars is most deserved. Also I did not feel like they pushed any extra products on me. I asked for an oil change ( full synthetic) . and that’s what I got . No filter push or wiper blades. Also I knew my filter was in great condition as were my wiper blades. So that demonstrated there honest integrity. Plus they honored a 15.00 cupon. Great service. Great attitude. That’s why I always come back to Grease Monkey."

"When we got the car home after a simple oil change, it was leaking oil. We brought it back and were told it was “residue” and they rinsed it off. Still leaking oil. The receipt says they filled the washer fluid. It was at least half empty afterward and I filled it myself. I took advantage of a “ladies day” $20 discount I received in email. AFTER the discount, the service was $82. Clearly Grease Monkey thinks women are stupid. They do not need to worry about seeing me again."
