"Went in Sunday at noon, with tire that has a nail. Found tires in stock. Are told they cannot put on my vehicle until Monday or Tuesday. My tire has 2 nails in sidewall that cannot be patched. There was not one car in the garage. Why can't they install today?? It's noon and they close at 6."

"I ordered 2 tires back on April 2 and the said it would be 3 - 5 days before they would get to the club. They showed up on April 12. I called that day to set up an appointment to have them installed. I dropped my car off at 9am and asked them to call me when it was completed. I called back at 3:30 and asked if my car was ready. The guy said it was. So here is why it is a 2 star rating. This was my first experience with Sam's club tire center. I chose to purchase through my Sam's Club over Discount Tire where I have always purchased tires because I could save about $80 on tires and install on the same product. (I spent $481 on 2 tires and with discount tires it would have been $558). With Discount Tire I would have been able to have them installed same day but for $80 I would wait 3 - 5 days. I actually waited 11 days. I made an appointment because they said they were booked up yet when I arrived I was the only car there. I asked to be called when the car was ready and that did not happen. I have always shopped with Discount Tires and have come to expect reasonable service and good communication. I did not receive that level of service from Sam's Club. I saved about 15% with Sam's Club however I will ask Discount Tire if they will match the out the door price next time I need tires. If they get it close I will probably go back to them."

"The warehouse itself, not bad. Parking not so much so. If your doing pickup, prepare to walk a ways, unless you get lucky. Pick up here is not the same as Wal-Mart, King Soopers, or Safeway, you will be doing it all. You pay to access, service should be there as well, after all you paid to be able to shop there."
