"Charged me $207 to fix one brake!! I had issues removing the bolts on the one set breaks ( I was able to change the other 3 brakes). So I took it over to them with the new break pads. The worst part is the guy said it only took him 2-3 minutes to remove.. They had the audacity to change me for disposal of the old brake pads.. To only find them in the box, I brought the new ones in!!! I definitely would not recommend. If that's what they charge for 2-3 minutes I definitely wouldn't want to see the bill for 10-20 minutes LOL!!"

"Unfortunately, my experience at A&C Autoworks was not the best. The staff is amazing, they are very friendly. However, I am very disappointed with the experience I have received. I went in because the heat in my car had stopped working, they had me drop my vehicle off at 8 am, which was no problem, but once it was about 30 minutes till close I called to see where the progress was. The mechanic had not diagnosed it yet so they needed to keep it overnight. In the morning they had responded that it would cost about $700. I was very disappointed to hear how much it would cost because I had shopped around and found the typical cost for this repair including labor would be under $200. After I had picked the vehicle up, I had a close friend take a look and found that the linkage on the blend door had gotten stuck, once freed everything worked normal again. No parts needed, took under 10 minutes to figure out. Upset I spent almost $200 on a diagnosis that could have been avoided."

"As a former certified technician and a guy that usually does all of his own work, I am absolutely blown away by the professionalism and service here. My lifted 2019 silverado has literally never been right on alignment since I bought it brand new from the dealer. I had it back to them twice and they couldn't fix it to have a straight steering wheel or the clunking in the front end. Over the last 55k miles, Ive had it to two other shops and they couldn't find anything wrong. This shop went through and spent the time to fully inspect and align my truck right for the first time since new. The wheel is straight and the problem the whole time? Loose bolts. No parts to replace, so the other shops just sent me down the road, but these guys did it right! I would recommend anyone to take their vehicles here and trust them to do you right.
