"After 16 hours in which my license plates were stolen and I had to file a police report and spend 5 hours at the DMV getting new ones, my faith in humans was low. I pulled up at this Grease Monkey to see if they could help attach my new plates (clearly my work last time wasn’t foolproof). The gentleman who helped me got me right in, affixed the plates and even tightened a bolt in my windshield wipers making them work again and charged me nothing. Turns out there ARE good people in the world. They work at this Grease Monkey. They have my business forever."

"I came to get an oil change on a Saturday for my mini cooper. It had snowed a little so business was slow. Great service. As soon as I pulled up, someone came out to greet me and led me inside to complete paperwork as it was so cold outside. I told them about a low tire light I couldn’t get rid of. They were fast, put air in my tires and was able to clear the light I had tried other times to clear even after putting air in tires. Staff was so friendly. Plenty of parking. Easy to get to. High reviews. Reasonable rates. They even had doggie treats for someone who came in with a pet. I felt safe and comfortable here. Chairs were nice and cushioned. There is a 7-11 next door if you need a cold drink or coffee. I didn’t pay attention if waiting area had coffee or water. This is my new favorite place."
