"They dropped our vehicle at our residence, however my wife had to request that it be moved so it wasn't in front of our driveway. They said they could drive forward, but it wasn't in a drive-able state. My wife asked for it to be moved forward from the driveway, but they said it was fine because it was our driveway and drove off. Absolutely taken aback by that."

"Just a horrible company. Nothing but absolute incompetent, unprofessional, and unbelievably bad customer service. It would have been 10x easier for me to push my truck 3 miles then to deal with these clowns. 0 stars, 0 fun, and may god have mercy on your soul"

"My insurance called one stop when I needed towing. I am Not from Colorado. When I spoke to the man it was going to be 2 hours and I was not allowed to ride to the destination with the tow. I know no one and I was on the side of I70! Really. He wanted to say Covid 19 was the reason why. Well I am guessing he must never leave his home then! I did not use his service. Very rude and unprofessional! I would have gladly worn a mask, but to think he was gonna leave me on the side of the road in the mountains with nothing around for miles! Shameful. Should not even been in service!"

"Horrible for towing. Gave me an ETA of 2.5 hours, didnt show up. Added an hour to the ETA, still didnt show up. They added another hour to the ETA and yet again did not show up. I waited over 6 hours total for what they said should be around 3. Dont wast youre time here, its shameful that theyre still in buisness"

"If I could give 0 starts I absolutely would!!! This is the worst towing company I’ve ever experienced. The driver was supposed to tow our truck to the nearby dealership but not only did he never show up, he marked the job as complete. So our car has been sitting on the side of the road for weeks because of his negligence. The “owner/supervisor” Juan Carlos, if that’s even his real name, said he DECIDED to cancel the service because he didn’t FEEL like going. Seriously save your time, money and business and go elsewhere."
