"I just know that God would never have me suffer the way I have had to suffer from the repairs of my car. I thought that the owner was a nice Christian guy that cared about people and had the heart to do right by people. Initially I thought this guy was great and honest . Seeing my suffering from my car every time I have gotten it back after repairs was done has been nothing but sorrows. I have tried to get him to make it right and when he says he will after I take my car back to his facility, then when it's returned to me something new is wrong with it, which is not fair to me as a customer. No heat, no air, no defrost, and my brake lights stay on all the time. All of this was working before I took my car back to him because after they replaced my brakes, my brakes stopped working and brakes plus after their inspection, deemed my car as a unsafe vehicle. I could not stop. I let Chuck have my car back to fix the problem and now I have no heat , no air, no defrost and my brake lights stay on all the time. I have tried to reach out to him and the person I speak to tells me that he will call me back and that does not happen. God is not going to have him do right by other people and not me. God would have him do right by everyone. That's God's word. So to all of you that had a great experience. May God bless you. I wish I could say the same. Amen."

"I feel obligated to share my experiences with Chuck's Discount Muffler and Automotive. My Jeep had a complete restoration and lift package done to it. I asked Chuck to do several things. Check the overall steering and suspension as I wanted to be sure it was ready for off roading. Do the check engine light correction. Mount 2 side running boards. After over 3 months of me calling and stopping in, I finally took my uncompleted Jeep elsewhere. No, the steering and suspension had not been worked on, no the check engine light did not get corrected and no the running boards did not get mounted. He did sell me a new exhaust even though a brand new one had been installed in the restoration. He tried to sell me a new steering box but fortunately I took it away before he replaced that because my new mechanic says it is not necessary. In summary, Chuck lied to me multiple times. He took forever and still he didn't do the work I asked him to do and that he said he would do. And finally, he sold me or tried to sell me work that was not needed. I do not trust him and I would never, ever recommend him to anyone."
