"These are some of the nicest people you will ever meet. I honestly don’t have enough good things to say about them. If it were socially acceptable, I’d go to even just hang out. I plan on sending everyone I know who needs work done on their car here."

"They aren’t even worth 1 star. It is the worst experience you could ask for. They change the labor rates halfway through the repair process and don’t tell you or the insurance what they did or why they did it. This change is made after the agreements were initially made. Then they hold you car hostage for months because insurance didn’t agree to their labor rate changes and they never clearly told you or insurance what the changes were so they make you do all the digging to find out the cause of the discrepancy and then have terrible customer service. A process that should have been a month or less, since the damages were not major, ended up being a 4 month process with no car because this repair shop is dishonest and lacks integrity."
