"I was really startled when a wire suddenly got stuck in the sidewall of my tire. I rushed to the nearest repair shop, and they told me I needed to replace all four tires because patching them could lead to bursting. Since the tires were relatively new, replacing them all felt like a burden, so I got a recommendation for a repair shop run by Koreans and came here. In the end, they were able to fix it by welding the inside of the tire! I was prepared to replace the tires, but they took the time to explain everything thoroughly and fixed it so sincerely.
