"Stay far far away from this company. As it has been noted by others, this is a very rude and nasty company. I was told I had to download a certain claim form from their website. Couldn't find it. Called and got a really grumpy old man and finally found it. Filled it out and sent it in. Then waited and waited. Then received letter say they need certain type of bill from Hospital. Called hospital and they were surprised that I need that kind of bill but sent it to me. Then sent it to Medico, and waited and waited and waited. Then called again and was told by another crabby person that I should have received letter saying they denied everything. Said I could dispute findings. HOW DO YOU DISPUTE SOMETHING WHEN YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW WHAT TO DISPUTE? Called again to cancel policy and they wanted to know why. They girl looked at claim and said hospital "coded it wrong". How do you code a $29,000.00 itemized bill from the hospital incorrectly?. My father told me you are never to old to learn a lesson and I did here. A $473.00 lesson. This is THE WORST INSURANCE COMPANY I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH. Run don't walk away from these people."
"This is the rudest company I have encountered, they try and speak to you as if you are incompetent and slow. I spoke with a Claim rep name Susan and she asked me" did you receive your letter I sent it was in a white envelope about a 9x11 not a legal one are you aware of the size of a legal envelope? Are you? I work with them and the paper daily, do i need to send you an example so you will know the size. I argued with this lady about my medical visit to the hospital. Dont waste your time or money."
"Poor, slow service, difficult to talk to anyone. I spent 10 minutes trying to talk to a real person who could only tell me that all 3 of my claims are pending for services that were done 3 months ago."
