"This place saved my life, the only emergency dental clinic in the area that would look at me not just within the month but within the day. And when you’re dealing with an amount of pain that makes you wish you were dead that’s an un beatable service. Awesome staff attitude and great vibes, wish they took state insurance but beggars can’t be choosers. Thank you all so much for making life better!"

"Awful. Waited 45 minutes for literally nothing. The gal who did my X-rays was not nice. I told her which tooth it was and she still didn’t listen and didn’t even take correct X-rays. Told me my mouth was too narrow- lol you’re just bad at your job, ma’am. Then after everything I was only to be told at least 6 times that they were going to lunch and wouldn’t be able to help me. What?? I get you get a lunch break but I just waited 45 for my appt and failure to plan on your part isn’t my fault? But they still billed my insurance an absurd amount when they did NOTHING except tell me they were going to be going on lunch. Highly disappointed - avoid at all costs!!"

"Called around 11am, and the got me in at 1pm. Showed up early and they got me right in. I was in and out fast. Everyone was very nice and professional. The price was the best in town hands down! I would recommend this place to anyone again. I hope I never have to use them again, but if another emergency tooth extraction happens again, I know who I’m calling!"

"Upon arriving to this clinic there was no one there. I waited for 15 minutes before I saw any employees there. The young lady that said she was waiting for someone to let her in the building stated that it was her first day on the job and we did not get into the building until after 9 o’clock my appointment was to start at 9 AM , so that should’ve been a red flag for me then. I am definitely disappointed in the care that I did not receive there. I was shown a very confusing payment plan that was not explained very well at all. I was in charge $100 for x-rays and an exam that did not result in me getting the extraction that I came there for. And I because of the level of pain that I was having. I was confused and exhausted and I should have been told that if they go ahead and examine me that they will have to charge me I was unaware that they were going to be charging me for that when I never got my tooth pulled. I ended up having to go to three other places and ended up at Broadlawns Hospital where I received an amazing extraction and amazing service. I do not recommend this Emergency Dental Clinic to anyone."

"I am truly grateful to have found this place!! All the staff were amazing and took time to explain to everything with great detail.. I called and received same day service.. If I could give them more then five starts I would.. I highly recommend this place.. Even if you aren’t a person with insurance they still take great care of you with the best prices.."
