"I would never ever do business with F&G under any circumstances. I have had an annuity with this company since 2009 and decided to do a rollover into another account. I started this process on October 8, 2022 and to date this rollover has not happened. To date 13 calls have been made with no results. Paperwork was submitted on October 17,2022 to send RMD check to my home address and transfer paperwork to the new company. Every phone call I’ve have been told wrong paperwork submitted new forms being sent, fill them out and resubmit, again follow up call says not the right paperwork. On November 28,2022 Charlene, supervisor said this transaction was treated as a full surrender, not a rollover. This has always been a rollover. Charlene said she would process the RMD check and a check for the balance, she would overnight the balance check and mailed the RMD check regular mail. On December 1,2022 received a check for the full amount, not minus the RMD money. On December 2,2022 a call was made to F&G and was told that the check I received would have to be voided and process would take 10 days, then the RMD check would be issued, and so on and so on. I have contacted the Attorney Generals office and filed a complaint and will be filling a complaint with Better Business Bureau and the IRS as F&G failed to send my RMD check one year even though the paperwork was filled out with one of their agents on the phone with me. Never do business with this company ever."
"My kid asked if there is anything so bad that could send someone to hell? I explained that the worst sin is working customer service for F&G Annuity and life. You are compensated to deceive contract owners and lie or even cheat people out of their hard earned money. The only thing worse is the management for incentivizing such horrible behavior."
