"We get to the emergency room absolutely nobody else in the waiting room. We are there six hours in the hallway, because all of a sudden all the rooms are filled. Yeah, they were all filled by two employees who needed care after we got there one employee walked right by us went into a procedure room, jumped up on the bed And continue to lay down. His name is Willie Doctor Willie he was in there treated out before we were which is ridiculous when he came in. Two hours after us don’t even get me started once they admitted my husband kept trying to get a towel to take a shower shower with all the Mexican non-speaking English would bring him is four washcloths not to mention the shower was broke. The sheets on the bed had holes in them. Absolutely ridiculous for what you charge. And twice you’ve put tegaderm on him in two days and he’s allergic to it ! don’t you people pay attention to a patient’s chart"

"We recently were at our baby’s two week appt at her pediatrician. We noticed a blister or cyst under her arm so the dr directed us to the hospital vs her taking care of the issue. Once we arrived at the hospital the staff did blood work and eventually an ultrasound. We sat with a two week old baby and very tired mama for 7 hrs waiting on ultrasound results. Finally a Dr came in and said we needed to go to the dr office on Monday. We sat 7 hrs to hear that! All we were told was that it was a small cyst. No kidding! Absolutely ridiculous to put a new first-time mom and baby through this for nothing! Very unacceptable."

"If I could give this hospital a no star I would… My wife came n with chest pain and shortness of breath… It really scared us bc she’s a fairly healthy 40 yr old… we walked n at 1013 and as of 153 we were never seen… I understand some r n worst conditions than others but when I saw the lady with the sprained wrist go to the back and my sitting here gasping for breath was wrong. To add gas to the fire the nurse told us she not sick enough.. we’re back home now after not being seen but this isn’t the end of this.. I have a meet with kcci tomorrow at 230 and if anything happens to my wife my lawyer is on standby.. this has to stop.. no one should be treated this way race or gender. We come to them bc we trust that they will help us but when that trust is broken with the community it’s all down hill from there…"

"Got sent to the hospital after an ultrasound to deliver my baby via c section at 31 weeks 6 days, the NICU staff was incredible and so helpful. Being in the NICU for 6 weeks was hard but because of the amazing staff it made it a little easier. I hope no one ever has to experience it but if they do Mercyone was amazing to me and my family."
