"Im a formar patient and my husband after waiting for the longest for his insurance called to get an appt and their receptionist was just the worst and said they would not take new patients went on the website to realize that most reviews say the same experience I was shocked provider's here should really take a look at these reviews and reconsider the employees they have here working ..... horrible customer service told lady who answered we would take our business elsewhere and she basically said that was just great. I guess I have lived here Southside but really need better places to go to here closer unfortunately we take our business to west dsm and Jordan creek area as we are relieved better sadly to say."

"I called to see if I could get in my appt sooner, the receptionist who answered was extremely rude and I didn’t even know if I had the right number the way she answered. After letting her talk to me rudely & asking questions she proceeded to tell me that I was never scheduled. I just told her I’m good I’ll go somewhere else. It’s really tone and how you speak to a customer. The professionalism should be better. Good luck to anyone who goes I don’t leave reviews usually but this was needed!"

"Only because there is no option for zero. Drove 3 hours, an entire day, and $600... what a disappointment. I told the "dentist" when we did the fitting what was wrong, just to be ignored and rushed out the door. 3 hours later got home, by morning I called them back to explain again. These things looked ridiculous, so bad you'd think it was something kind of a joke! Some kind of a Horse/MMA fighter mouthpiece kind of thing. Made the 6 hour round trip again to be ignored by the "dentist" again and was told if I can't tell him exactly what was wrong then there's nothing he can do other than refund me. Dont waste your money but if you choose to... lower your standards on the outcomeme. The only good thing about this place is the receptionists. She's very helpful and courteous, way to classy for a place like this!"

"The staff up front was great, I was greeted as soon as I got there. I was called back within 15 minutes.. The assistance that took my ex rays, was very nice.. I told the doc, that I was very nerves about Dentist, And he made it a great experience for me.. Quick and painless. Thank u Southside Dental.."
