"This is the worst company I've ever dealt with for ordering t-shirts. Customer service is rude, and even when there's issues with their online ordering system, the customer is at fault in their eyes. They messed up my shipment and told me it was my error, until I emailed them proof of the missing items from a packing slip I received. I tried placing an order for an additional six t-shirts and they tried charging me over double the original price, along with another artwork fee. I do not recommend this company to anyone!"

The shirts always look great, Megan is always willing to make suggestions and help with the order, and the process is smooth. On top of all of this, the prices are very competitive! "Been through allot of printing and racing artworks company's. Broken Arrow is hands down the best place to work with. The customer service is unmatched, I know from allot of experience. They have so many easy to understand options. The work I've seen is top quality and we will be working with them as long as we're operating for years to come. Thanks for finally making this easy! There was one thing I would have done different though. The online store they offered for our situation was really expensive. Although our customers over and pre paid, they didn't get their stuff until all the garments were sold out. We were 3 short of selling out, so we had to "buy them, but not get them" for our other customers to get the garments. This is after we already purchased almost 400 items. Besides that shady deal it was good experience."

I have ordered from 3 other similar online companies and compared to them Broken Arrowwear was less expensive and better quality.The other companies required us to use digital printing which brokenarrow did not and a quick chat session provided me confidence the quality would be just as good if not better for printing a B&W photo using screen printing, and it was.
