"We have shopped her several times. My husband is both big and tall so it is difficult to find things that fit him. We have bought a suit for his dad’s funeral there and they got it ready in 2 days. We have also bought several casual clothing items that have fit him nicely and were great quality. The staff there is very helpful and I have recommended them to friends that need the tall or big size clothing items. They are my go to place"

"The owner, Mike Hensley, is an intensely arrogant and sleazy business owner. He alters the factory clothing tags in order to inflate the actual retail price of the items he sells in his store. He tears off the perforated part of the bottom of the tag that has the retail price listed. He then covers up the original barcode and replaces it with a sticker made in store, indicating a different model/size. I’m my case, the shorts were sold at the price of “Big & Tall” version, that actually is an up charge by Tommy Bahama, when in fact they were the standard version. I actually witnessed him do it in front of me while purchasing a pair of Tommy Bahama shorts the last time I was in the store. At the time I basically just shrugged it off and left with my purchase. He gains extra profits by using deception. He treats customers as if they should feel privileged to buy items from his store. He is lucky to have been able to continue to do this for years without others noticing. I called him out on this and he was surprisingly arrogant and defiant about what he’s doing. There are other places to shop. It’s truly amazing to me that he is able to stay in business! I did overpay for a pair of shorts again today, but Mike Hensley, lost a forever customer, over 8 bucks! Shame on you. There are others that have commented here about Mike Hensley’s arrogance it’s definitely true!"
