"Great building, and the building manager is very nice, but the owners aren't. They care about their property and business above all, and not about communication and long-term vision/reputation. For example, they nickel and dime tenants every chance they get. I only got 48% of my deposit back because they dinged me for cleaning and repairs despite my asking beforehand what I needed to do to get the apartment in order, and spending several hours attempting to follow those guidelines. Having been a tenant, there's several other examples, but I'll spare you. It's a great location, great building, but expect only a mediocre experience in the end."
