For starters, I had to live without a fridge for 3 WHOLE MONTHS WHILE I CONSTANTLY BROUGHT THIS ISSUE TO MANAGEMENT. They will STEAL from you and claim that if you submit a request for a repair then that is your consent for them to enter your home unannounced at any time."

"These people do not care about your well being! We have requested for a new refrigerator because the old one stopped working. We thoroughly cleaned the old one & this is what they sent us. A refrigerator with mold & old food still inside. We also requested for a new stove since the oven stopped working & the stove only worked if manually lit. They sent us an oven with sticky oil substance & dirt on it. This isn't even the half of it when our pipes froze. They sent someone over & he said he couldn't fix it because they refused to pay him. It then took 3 days for them to send someone to fix it, they didn't accommodate us with a place to stay or offer any solutions. I advise anyone looking yo rent or buy to avoid them at all cost!!"
