"I really enjoyed my time here at Briarwood! As someone who prioritizes privacy and safety, Briarwood fully met my expectations. Living on the third floor, I rarely (if ever) hear my neighbors. It's also a very clean, no-smoking complex that is pet-friendly! I always see people walking their dogs outside and there is a good-sized yard. In terms of safety, you have nothing to worry about here because there were times that I was vacant from my apartment for weeks and no packages were stolen. Everyone here is very kind and respectful. Management and maintenance both respond very quickly and are always helpful!"

"Briarwood has been such a pleasant experience for me these past four years living in Cedar Rapids! I didn't have a car during my first two years, and I was able to get around very easily since the location is walking distance to a lot of grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and even the Lindale mall. There is also bus service right outside the complex, which is super convenient to get to further places without a car. If you have a car, you can rent a garage for a very reasonable price. The 2-bedroom apartments are quite spacious and is the perfect size for up to two people to live in. The included appliances work perfectly - and even if something goes wrong, maintenance is very fast to assist you. Management has been wonderful. They were always very communicative and transparent regarding any changes and construction to the area, and always give advanced notice to things such as pest control visits. Danita, the property manager, has been nothing but helpful as well. She responds to emails very quickly and always has the tenants' best interests in mind! Thank you, Briarwood and Danita, for making my time here in Cedar Rapids very comfortable and memorable!"

"We had a really good experience at Briarwood. The management was great; they would fix issues quickly, and communicated really well with us for things like repaving the parking lot or pest control visits. The apartment itself was fairly nice. It is a good amount of space for 2 people. The other residents are also pleasant, quite, and respectful of your space / privacy. There is a nice yard for a dog to run around in, and the location of the apartments is quite ideal. Overall, would definitely recommend for a young couple looking for a cheaper place to live."

"The employees (and residents) of Briarwood apartments are really wonderful to work with. I have rented several apartments from this community for corporate employees coming into the area and have never been disappointed. I also refer people to live here all the time. They are one of the few communities that offer short-term and furnished apartments to their residents. All the apartments have a washer and dryer in the units. Way to go Briarwood - 1 happy customer here!"
