"I moved into these Country Hills apartments a year and a half ago. These were the first I apartments I moved into on my own and it’s been perfect. The application was extremely quick and smooth. All of my maintenance requests have been completed and fixed within a day. Management is great with communication and have always been understanding. I have had no problem with bugs, leaking from anywhere, and all of my appliances are always working. Snow removal and overall maintenance of the area is great. All of my neighbors are friendly and quiet too! If you’re thinking about living here, I totally recommend these apartments."

"I have nothing but good things to say about Country Hill Apartments. I have lived here since August and I absolutely love it. They are so spacious for a one bedroom apartment. The ability to have washer and Dryer hook up and that extra space is amazing. I also love my big closet! It' super quiet and I love that my front door leads right outside. I have never NOT had a parking spot right outside my apartment which is amazing. ALSO, the snow removal this winter was great!! Very quick and thorough. Jillian was incredibly helpful with the whole application- moving in process. I don't think I waited more than a few hours for a response which was so nice. Thankfully, I haven't had a single issue with anything in the apartment but from what I have heard, the maintenance is top notch. HUGE Thank you to the Country Hill Team :)"

"I have lived in Country Hill apartments over three years now. These are very nice and spacious apartments! I will be leaving in a few months and i can truly say I'll miss living in this apartment. These are one of the best apartments complexes I've lived in since coming to cedar rapids. Jillian the office manager is outstanding!!! Jillian has always been polite as well as sympathic and she always smiles which is very comforting and professional when dealing with so many different people. And maintenance at Countryhill apartments is on point. Whenever i put in a work order maintenance is literally there to fix the problem that day or the very next day in the best of spirits. This combination is usually hard, to come across in an apartment complex. I would definitely recommend Country Hill apartments."

"I've lived at Country Hill for a few years now, and it's been an awesome experience. I love my place, and they are in my opinion, some of the best apartments/townhomes you can get in the area. They are big, have washer/dryer hook-ups, pet friendly, and overall just feel great to live in. It's a safe neighborhood where we all watch out for each other. Jillian, the property manager, always makes time to answer your questions/concerns, and will go the extra mile to help you out if she can. Mark, who is in charge of maintenance, keeps everything around here going smoothly. He goes out of his way to help residents, and always says hello, no matter how busy his day is. I don't think this place would be the same without them. I've lived at a couple of apartment complexes, and this one is my favorite."
