"I've been here a few months. I'll updated this intermittently: Pros: They look nice. Remotes on ceiling fans in bedrooms for lights and fans. Full size appliances. They're good with snow removal. Great location. Near a bunch of stuff. I feel safe here. Lots of people walking and watching the place. My property manager is sweet and handles things professionally. Cons: Can't pay your rent for free unless you drop it off to the office. I've had numerous packages misdelivered. Can't sleep past 8 because that is when my neighbors start running around. I am miserable here. Dogs barking though walls. So many dogs here. Children screaming through walls. Bad, bad neighbors right now. Fiber internet in area, but property owners haven't allowed the buildings to be wired. This is not luxury. They plow the business across RiverBlvd at 1am. The stairs creak, the upstairs floors creak. Garage not painted between tenants and it looks bad."

"The good: New construction. Double garage. Prompt maintenance. The bad: no Balcony. no view (Half of the units face each other), small bathtub for people over 5"8 unconfortable. Leasing office staff doesnt respond to emails."
