"The manager Robbin is a complete worthless piece of trash, on top of that she is very rude and confrontational. You could literally be paying a monkey to do the job she is doing. She treats the tenants like complete garbage. Also the older apartments are in poor conditions and have a very distinct smell. Throughout the year maintenance and even Robbin will walk into your apartment without you reporting a repair or even knocking(if nothing is wrong with your apartment they will find any reason). If you like being treated like a kindergartner village east is the apartment complex for you."

"Kirkwood Village has been an amazing place to live the past 2 years. The staff is wonderful and is willing to help anyone at any point in time and they treat us like we’re one of their own. They do so many things for us students like making a meal during finals week or helping us with living arrangements for the following year. Kirkwood Village is also very close to campus so you can walk to class whenever."

"My daughter has been harassed by security and even given a littering ticket for having a carved pumpkin as decorative on Halloween . Security and management violate federal and state civil rights laws and their security that thinks they can just walk in to an apartment and search it without a warrant or consent from residents! I highly recommend your children don’t rent from this facility"

"The apartment they provided was dirty and needed to be painted. We reported the issues and nothing was done. My daughter found cat toys and vape equipment under appliances. After moving out they charged us for cleaning and painting which they clearly didn't didn't do before. We provided photos showing the damage, but they ignored it. If you rent here, assume they will keep your $400 deposit. But if you want a place to gather nightly in the parking lot to drink and be rowdy, this is the place for you. Will never recommend."
