"I have very nice apartment they have activities a person can go to. They have a gym with excellent machines to work out on. The people that work here are always friendly. My great grand babies can come and spend a night. I really like my apartment it was very clean they keep up on any problems right away. The only down fall is there is no parking for free"

"It is great to live in an apartment that is truly safe. I have no worries about safety. I really appreciate the advantages of a very helpful management team that answers questions whenever I have them. I get help with complicated forms for benefits that have given me more support than I could’ve gotten on my own. I like being close to bank, groceries, pharmacy, gym, doctors and library and can walk to all. Living here qualifies me for extra food assistance and bus passes, even discounted tickets to the symphony. I wouldn’t live anywhere else in the state."

"If I could give them 0 stars I would. My mother lived here for over 7 years. They blamed her for continued bed bug infestation as she did not know there is an account with money set aside from a lawsuit for the tenant issues due to bed bugs. She was constantly harassed by the property manager Mia and received evection notices at least 4 times a year. I was banned from the property due to the behaviors of an ex boyfriend, obviously I had made a poor choice in my companion, however should not be held accountable for the actions of another adult. I was the only friend or family that would do anything to help my mother so this left her with no one to run errands, clean, etc. She was also assaulted and bullied by other tenants with no resolution. There are multiple tenants with disabilities and no family that do not get the assistance they need. I would not recommend placing a family member in their care."
