"The rooms are clean and the view on the East side is pretty nice with the bridges lit up at night and the river walk. I was there an entire week for work and the whole time I was there I was greeted with kind words from the staff. The free breakfast in the morning is pretty decent but the "all day" available coffee in the lobby is a bonus."

"Another great stay with the Hampton Inn friendly touch! Clean rooms, fast elevators that you can’t even tell are moving until the doors open on a new floor, and a nice spacious work out room that doesn’t feel crowded when there are several people in it. Indoor Pool and hot tub ready to go. Extra convenient location to the arena (10 min walk), restaurants, grocery stores and river walk paths."

"The rooms at the Inn are great! My only issue was that whoever was supposed to be at the front desk was never there. Completely absent. I stood at the desk and waited about ten minutes and the phone started ringing about seven minutes in. FINALLY someone showed up from the back room... and took the call while ignoring me. The lady spoke at some length with the caller and EVENTUALLY noticed me. To the management: please keep me in mind to train your people. They have no idea what they're doing. I'll be happy to provide a training session for them. It's what I do. On the bright side. One can use the app to check in, get a digital room key and check out without having to deal with the incompetent front desk staff. I stayed twice in one week, and the app was wonderful."

"Our room never got warm. The front desk clerk’s response was to give us an instruction sheet on how to reset the thermostat ourselves. We repeatedly had to reset the system. The front desk response was our rooms don’t get above 68 degrees (ours was 62). The common areas were untidy. I very frequently stay in Hilton properties. This location fell well short of the typical Hilton experience."

"the location is ideal. The view from the window is good. Breakfast is good. Overall a good hotel. There were minor problems with the TV and the drain in the sink, but upon request, everything was resolved quickly. Didn't like: lack of ventilation in the bathroom."
