"Infuriating system. Just want to ask a human what time their shuttle starts running before I book. The bot insisted that I answer them when and for how many nights. Utterly stupid. I wasn’t going to book unless your shuttle meets my need. I lose confidence in Wyndham."

"Reserved a room through the americinn website with two queen or one king. Got a room with one queen. Wouldn’t change because they said we used a second party to reserve. No elevator and had to drag all out luggage up and down a flight of stairs. In the morning had no water due to a pipe breaking. No bottled water or anything offered. Should receive a discount but nothing! Stayed on our way back too but only because we had a non-refundable room already reserved. Second stay was better but still it’s an old motel and wouldn’t stay there again."

"Do not stay here. The only good thing about this hotel is that its close to the airport. If you want to get some shut eye before an early flight, this is the NOT the place to stay. You will hear every door open and close, you will hear every step someone takes. My bed was shaking from people walking in the hotel. Our sheets were stained so went to the front desk for new, those were also stained so had to go back for a other set and had to make the best myself. $40 to park your car while gone for your trip. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"This review comes off of staying 4 nights at Holiday Inns. Going forward, I will Choose AmericInn over Holiday Inn anytime! The management at this hotel is top notch. They take their roles and duties seriously. What a difference that makes for their guests. They are involved and take action to prevent problems before they happen. They are extremely professional and kind. This faculty has some age, but it’s clean and maintained. The hot tub is truly hot! The rooms are truly clean. The lobby is clean and well stocked! The breakfast items are fresh and hot. The staff cleans after every guest leaves! Yes, every guest! Is it fancy? No, but it’s worth the very reasonable price!"
