"I’m really happy we moved to Connolly Lofts! Our 2 bed, 1 (large) bath is affordable & all of the utilities are updated. Internet is already installed, which is a plus. The building is fairly quiet and the common area is stocked with a keurig & dog treats. Morgan, the Property Manager, is very welcoming and helpful. The maintenance team is also very quick & attentive."

"Management has been courteous, prompt with (rare) maintenance requests, and generally reasonable when any issues may arise. The building is new with above average appliances and a modern charm. Amenities include a common area with seating, a small fitness facility, a grill/patio, and a rooftop terrace with a propane fire pit. The latter is excellent for watching Iowa Cubs fireworks after Friday home games. My only complaint is the noise. Depending on your unit, you will have MLK traffic and SE 6th traffic. I've learned to sleep with earplugs, but it's insufferable to have windows or the sliding glass door open. Not much can be done about it, but should be a consideration before moving here."

"Our time at Connolly has been well spent. Apartment units are in great condition, management is easy to contact and work with, and common spaces are kept incredibly clean and tidy. The amenities are fantastic - notably, the in unit washer and dryer are so nice. When there is work to be done in the building, we are notified within 48 hours prior or more. Our service requests have been taken care of promptly. We appreciate the staff at Connolly and love living here."

"We have had a great experience living at Connolly Lofts for over a year. The management is great and resolves issues quickly. They are constantly trying to improve the lives of people who live here and throw fun events. The major drawback is road noise but with a patio door closed it is minimal. The building and appliances are very new so we haven't had any service issues. I love the location just outside of east village. Walkable without being in the middle of it. I would recommend people to live here."
