"Poor property management; resident of two years. My average was $1,600 a month plus hidden fees and utilities. Used to be a great place. Clean, quiet, and felt like a home. Many heat waves in two units with non working AC. Non working fixtures and damaged walls. Constantly picking up cigarettes and trash. Non responsive and disrespectful to residents. Staff not only parks in our limited history parking that’s often towed but also in disabled spots out of confidence. Grounds full of dog poop and cigarettes."
"Ballyard Lofts has nice enough apartments with very few amenities. Staff puts on a few events for the residents ever year. However, my issue comes with trying to get ahold of anyone in the office and for them to do anything. They have a call center that answers the majority of the time and “takes messages” that never actually make it to the office. I have loud neighbors that play music that vibrates the walls all night long management does nothing. They also DO NOT allow subleases so lease here at your own risk. Also be prepared to be nickel and dimed. They have a host of hidden fees that increase rent around $100-200 not including electricity. These include trash, pest control, water, sewer, processing fees etc. I’d recommend renting elsewhere from a company that cares about their residents and is easier to get ahold of."
"NEW MANAGEMENT- BE CAREFUL I lived here for three years and I absolutely loved my apparent. Loved the location. Loves the amenities. A few months ago they went under new management with Indigo and everything changes. I spent two weeks trying to call the office to get move out information and no one would answer the phone. I had an issue with a water line and when two men from maintenance came to fix it, they weren’t paying attention and dirty water flooded my kitchen and bedroom. The following weeks leading up to my move out I continued to have water leaks and the on-call maintenance would only answer 50% of the time. Indigo is not very reliable and I’m glad I got out when I did."
"A beautiful refurbished building that has ALL the charm! Very close to multiple trails, as well as the ball field. Besides the call box not working 95% of the time, the friendly neighbors more than make up for that con."
"It’s very convenient to downtown, but space is small, you only get one parking free pass per single unit, and the air conditioning is none existent, and if you don’t mind traffic noise this is your place"
