"Lived here for a 4 month lease over the summer of 2023 and enjoyed it. Leann was a great manager and was extremely helpful and was always willing to go out of her way to help me with an issue. The things I really liked was the parking availability, the fast internet, and how quickly management was to assist me. The only issues I had was a lack of storage space/closet space and a smell of cigarette smoke,. LeAnn tried to find out where the smell was coming from multiple times as it would only smell like that when the air would kick on, but to no luck we couldn't figure it out by the time I moved out. LeAnn even called someone in to look through my air vents and clean them out. One thing to be aware of as well is that the walls are very thin and you can hear everything. including your neighbors cell phone ringing. This wasn't a problem for me at all since I had pretty good neighbors. When it came to bugs in the apartment, we had ants coming in from somewhere and within 2 days LeAnn had a exterminator come to solve the problem and we never had any bugs again. I would also say it is an extremely safe place to live with a good environment for families that have young kids as all the kids in the entire neighborhood played with each other. When my lease ended I ended up receiving almost all of my deposit back, and the charges from the deposit all made sense and were explained to me as well. Overall, I would rate this place a 4.5/5."

"It would be a 5 if we didn’t have to deal with the upstairs neighbor who likes to let her dog pee in front of the stairs on the sidewalk that happens to be in front of my door. As well as the same neighbors that love to leave trash all over outside. Otherwise, I love it here!"

"I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The new manager is choosing not to renew a lease of a loyal paying tenant however choosing to keep drug users and dealers. I lived here for almost two years and didn't have any problems until LeAnn Gonzales became manager. Now nothing but issues. Mice and cockroach investigation hoping they have pest control come in like they said but nope tried to contact management that's a joke"

"It is an excellent place to live، where you can truly call it hom! We have lived here for six months and renewed our lease for one more year, they welcomed us as a new immigrants and were very supportive of our first steps in the city. The office Staff are very friendly and helpful, they greet us warmly everytime we stop by! Its a lovely neighborhood and safe for kids I always take my son to play in the kids park and enjoy walking around the place!"
