"Went and looked at an apartment with a friend that was very very interested in cedar rapids...she went several times no one ever was in office she called several times with no responce what so ever.. finally drove down and low and behold there was someone there ,she went to pick up her application and her check. The gal there was very unprofessional never said a word to her just handed the papers and turned her back. I would suggest that your company take some time and teach your employees how to be better humans and respectful as if there were no tenants they would not have a check. If we could give them a -10 that's what you would get."

"It took me 5 days finally found out that they did not have an available unit to rent out but Seldin company scam every website advertised as they have an unit. I visited that property more than 5 times called, left message, emailed no responses. The leasing office is always locked. They even put the flyer for lease in the front of yard. Why?? What a waste of my time and money!!! I am coming from out of state and I paid a chuck of money to stay at motel to find an apartment. I heard the Cedar Rapids is such a sweat city. My experience is horrible. So many places are misleading renter prospectors and no response. Sucks. Beware!! Lots of places advertised a false unit take your application momey."

"I have live here for 10month and am leaving to go to independent living. I have a 1BR with walk in shower. Great apartment. My furnace stopped working during the night on a very cold night. It was repaired by noon the next day. Great location. Good neighbors."
