"I have been around and contrary of what is stated in previous comments i can say it is fairly decent. Management is pretty understandable and they tried their best. Now i know some residents and their friends will be acting a foul but if you report it they will get to the button of it. The maintenance is routinely spraying the units and around and fixing problems reported. For the years and so i have been around there is no roaches in my unit and keeping the place clean is the key factor and that should be one with common sense would understand and honestly as adults management or no one else ain't your manman or babysitter why should one have to come after yourself to tell you how to keep your home organize and clean. That is your choice and privacy. And i believe if everyone around would consider to open their door for maintenance and accepting pesticide service along with keeping up with the.cleanliness we would not have any pest problem in any home because rather it is rats, bed bugs or roatches it they not having a feeding source(s) or a scape got spot(s) they survived. Management has gone so far that they even involved the police in their effort to cut short the lottering and drug culture that was underway within the property. So in a word i would say they doing their best but it takes more than one to make the republic successful"
