Bryn Mawr Apartments

"I’ve been a resident of Bryn Mawr for four months now and consider myself lucky to have found such a fantastic spot! Close to Ingersoll shops, food and easy access to I-235 makes this building a gem. The modern and updated units (including beautiful, original hardwood), secured entry, mailroom, clean laundry facilities, Google Fiber and included permit parking put this building at the top of my list. The move-in process was very smooth, no hassle and straightforward. The availability of Property Manager Lauren when I had questions/concerns was unmatched. She and the maintenance team have always been quick to respond to inquiries. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming!"

"I've really liked living here. The property manager, Lauren, has been able to answer every question I've had about the move in process and utilities. The apartment was clean and ready for move in. I love all of the original hardwood and deep windows. The maintenance team has been super helpful and quick in their response any time I've needed anything. I appreciate how close it is to good food and the highway. I get pretty much get anywhere in the DSM area in 20 minutes."

"I gave Bryn Mawr a five star because of the personal experience that I received while applying to this location. It was very hard for me to find a home after relocating and having a past to follow, however having the opportunity at an appeal blessed me with the apartment I now live in. And for that I am very grateful! Might I add that Lauren our property manager has been beyond a blessing for me as well! She is very personable, respectful and attentive to our needs! Even though I had to go through an appeal, they got me in right away and I was in my apartment the next week!!! I would encourage anyone who needs a place to call home and know that you have management or a landlord that cares in a metro area to apply to Byrn Mawr or their other locations. Trust me, you won’t regret it!"

"Happy living here. Free laundry, good AC/HEAT, and pest control. I also love that my apartment still has the original hardwood floors and windows they are so pretty and add to the ambiance. So many windows so lighting is great. My bathroom is also recently redone and it looks really good. Overall I likelive here and price is just right."
