"I am new living here, I really have at least 1 month, but I am very happy to choose this option, it is very quiet, the neighbors are nice, it is very very safe, we have a gym and an area to share with friends, everything is always super clean. , the best thing is that it is very central to everything, wherever you want to go is very close, we have all the shops we need around, well in a few words I love it, and I hope everyone likes it as much or more as I do!!!"

"Grand Prix management and maintenance are tip top. Property manager Karina is on the ball all questions asked and the smallest situation taken care of. No stress no strain. Neighbors quiet. Anyone with a dog is friendly. Shopping schools everything close by. Downtown midtown and West side easy to access. Never a problem Wi-Fi and the news laundry equipment is A1 Plus. 5 minutes to Drake University and the first City Cinema for independent movies in old standards."

"I moved to Des Moines from out of state and partnered with Karina in the office for help with my move, answering questions about the internet for a new employer. Based on that alone I felt great about my decision to live with Grand Prix. And now that I'm nearing my year here, I can't imagine being anywhere else. I feel like the care about me as a tenant and are always timely to address concerns. Added bonus are the activities that Karina has organised. I really love it here."

"Never write bad reviews, however as a prospective tenant I'd stay away from this place. Kept my deposit despite never signing a lease with them. Was told things like, "Just trust me" & "I don't screw people over" when showing concern for certain paperwork or asking for things in writing. The apartment looked halfway decent, but laundry is on the first floor. New management seems like they're trying to lay down the law without providing any value. When asking for my deposit back they said you only have 72 hours to back out, well I wasn't offered the paperwork to review until over a week later. Just look elsewhere Edit 1: Reached out about four times to the replier, voicemails and all, with no response, please don't rent here"
