"Was a brand new building when I moved in. It went down hill quickly due to poor management. 6 different managers since I been here. Big rent increases every year. They treat tenants poorly. Slum lords for sure."
"Apartments are very nice. Location is decent. Mid May lawns have not been mowed. Weeds are 2ft tall. Multiple requests for mowing turned in by several different tenants in bldg A. Property has so much potential but is failed by property management."
