Park Winds Apartments

"Management needs to do way better. Nice apartment but very messy. Roaches in apartments no matter how clean you keep your apartment. They accept too many people from jails and prisons. Dogs barking, pooping and peeing here and there. Imagine snowy wet grounds with dogs poop everywhere, gross and nasty! Security door broken several times due to trespassers and some tenants forcefully pulling it open. Parking lots are dirty and nasty. Management dare to raised rents knowing it’s not worthy."

"If i cpuld give it 0 stars I would.. I've been here 4 1/2 years and this last year has been the WORST.. If you you want my advice RUUUUUUNNNNNN the other way especially if you have special needs children.."

"The complex isn't new but it is in good shape. As a disabled person everything is accessible with entrance, mail and laundry all on first floor with no stairs. The trash areas are clean, the grounds are clean, the play area is very public which makes me feel safe allowing my child to go play. All of my requests for maintenance have been dealt with promptly and correctly. Amanda, Dylan and Heather are a great team and do a good job keeping the complex going."
