"Anthony was great throughout my whole time living at district at 6th. He was super helpful and friendly from moving in and anytime I needed anything. The new manager Gina… has been beyond awful. I moved out the end of December and did not receive my security deposit back. They gave me a statement indicating that the reason I didn’t get my security deposit back was due to cleaning fees and carpet cleaning fees. I left the apartment extremely clean, and…. My apartment didn’t even have carpet. So not sure what the carpet cleaning fee was for? After many many attempts to get into contact with the manager to talk about these charges, and being ignored for months, Gina finally responded to me mid January telling me the cleaning and carpet fee was an error so my security deposit would be refunded to me. Now it’s almost March and I have yet to receive my refund and again I am being ignored when I have attempted several times to get into contact with management about receiving my refund. Currently working with a lawyer to get my refund back and hopefully it will be resolved soon. Super frustrating that it takes me taking legal action to get my refund back. Even more frustrating how I have been ignored when this problem could have been solved with just a little bit of communication on managements side."
"5 star management. I recently met Gina for the first time and she was so helpful and kind. I had some questions about my monthly charges and as soon as I called, she reassured me and was happy to meet me down in her office and we went through everything together. I left feeling relieved and thankful that she is part of the team here at District! And of course Anthony is amazing as well! He played a vital role in my move-in experience and happily answered all my questions I constantly was sending his way via email. He didn’t mind showing me multiple units and kept me updated when different layouts I was interested in became available. Happy resident."

Our personal guide Anthony, was very easy to work with and made the move in process very fun, non problematic, and we have not been disappointed with the amenitites, space, or neighborhood. Everything happened or is happening just the way we were advised. We are very happy residents who plan to stay awhile."
"Renters beware. Website is nice but the reality is different. Dirty, poor maintenance, management is inept and struggling (except Anthony is a delight), fees kept being adding on, loud, poor construction, Air BNB, etc. I deeply regret all the money I wasted here, and all the money Greystar still owes me for overcharges on rent and fees (my lease ended on Nov 9; I had given 60 days notice, vacated an immaculately cleaned apartment but they still charged me for all of November). Trying to get a refund has met with delayed then confusing or no answers from both local and central management...I may need a lawyer. And hopefully my deposit will show up within 30 days, but not holding my breath given the problems thus far. Oh, and if you are noise sensitive, do not rent B425 as the drone from the next door utility room is very loud 24/7. The only good thing is the location."
