"This apartment complex is disgusting. The apartments are cute on the outside but once you walk in you will regret every second. Tenants leave their trash right outside their door in the hallways. This was my first ever apartment and the first month was nice until I started to see that the whole building was infested with roaches. No matter how much you clean I promise you , you will see roaches. I’ve turned on my bedroom light and seen one crawling on my bed. There was even one in the shower with me. I was traumatized to the point where I packed up and stayed at my mom’s until my lease was up. I wanted to switch buildings but they would not let me know if the same issues were there. I did not waste any more time nor money on this filthy apartment. I don’t know how management even works in the office. Management must love working with roaches because they don’t do a thing to fix it. DISGUSTING!!!"

"Sutton Hill is an amazing place to live. The apartments and grounds are very clean. The office staff is amazing and will answer any and all questions you have with a smile on your face and the maintenance staff are fantastic as well. Grass is always cut nice, trees are trimmed and plenty of parking available. The community is very caring and courteous to each other and you will male lots of amazing people here. Best place to rent from in my experience and opinion."
