"We been here a 1yr & now on our 3rd property management. Last last 2 was a joke. Got nothing done. Barely put work orders in. We yell @ the maintenance guys to find out y nothing gets done. To find out nothing got put in. We even brought up that 1 of the playground equipment was broken. Done nothing. Now the mice problem we had to buy our own mice traps & poison. So buy the time the extermator came they was gone. And its in the contract we cant do our own maintenance. But when nothing gets done. We have no choice but to do it. We even had to buy a new toilet & put it in & a microwave. We was getting ready to buy a new stove & dishwasher b4 they finally put 1 in. But the dishwasher isnt installed right. And back in Nov just b4 Thanksgiving my car got broke into. And nothing was done about it. She kept telling me story after story. Now the detective that was on the case saying its to long he had to close the case. Now these pet owners. If u cant pick up after ur pet. Then u dont need 1. Especially these big dogs. Now there was a memo saying a $50.00 fine if not picked up. Idk if thats true or not. Cuz Im really getting tired of big dogs poop everywhere. Especially by my area. Now I have a small dog. So u cant say its my dog"

"Horrible apartments I told the landlord that we have mice in my apartment she hasn’t done anything about it yet and this was at least weeks ago 830$ a month to live wit mice is horrible please do not rent a apartment here motels are 10x better than these apartments"

"The property manager is very friendly and professional. She explain everything to you, act fast when you have a problem. Management as well, very friendly and fast acting. Place have really nice apartments, close to downton Des Moines and have pretty good business around it."

"I have been a resident at Southbrook Green Apartments since January 2017. I enjoy living here as the people are very friendly. The apartment manager herself is always on top of things when it comes to getting work done on the property. Maintenance gets things done right away when it comes to the outside property, and the apartments themselves. I will continue to live here as I know, I'm safe and have a awesome apartment manager to work with. It's a good place to live if you have a family."

"The landlord is messy as hell, very in professional and she tells other tenants business. I use to live there and it's roaches.. matter of fact, somebody got killed today. The properties in Des Moines that's owned by Conlin properties is not safe. The properties in West Des Moines is way different. Now he has a dead woman in his property."
