"This property is slowly getting better but work still needs to be done. The property managers usually answer the phones during normal business hours or respond rather fast. They also allow residents to text their phone line for fast responses. I’ve had problems with maintenance requests not being fulfilled in a timely manner. Other than that I enjoy my property. Work can still be done with management response time and cleaning the dumpster and area outside."

"I currently stay at Magnolia Park apartments and been living here for the past 2 years.. It’s quiet and they keep their grounds clean.. Maintenance are always on top of requests and the office really do care about their community.. They send pest patrol every other month, (I believe) or on request; though I feel like there’s no need since I’ve never seen any bugs in my place (also I stay on ground level and still haven’t gotten any..) Besides the kitchen being small you have 2 full bathrooms, spacious living room/dining, and bedrooms with walk in closets that makes up for it.. I’ve been here for 2 years and just signed my 3 year lease.. The neighbors are friendly when speaking to other than that their respectful and mind their own. There’s no unsupervised kids running around and there never been any break ins from what I can remember living here for the past 2 years.. It seems like every year they find a way to improve their grounds.. Great place to start off if you just moved to Iowa/Des Moines, new Parents, or if you have roommates; the layout is perfect for roommates.. Hope this helps out."
