"The view of downtown is amazing love the scenery also had a awesome tour thanks to Ishmael showing me around and also had fun while doing so, playing a arcade game in the beginning to start off the tour was different from all other apartments I checked out what a nice way to start off tour showing us all the great amenities we were offered for living here!"

"These apartments are very modern. Love how each individual apartment is different in its own way & has its own style. Built in full gym is a quality feature we love & take advantage of often. Maintenance service is great & friendly & gets to you in a timely manner. Rent is a little on the higher end, but other amenities kind of make up for it. Parking could be better, could use more garage or covered parking."

"I am amending my review. After posting photos of dried vomit, it was finally cleaned up. Some follow up from the staff would have been appreciated. I think this is a good place for 20 and 30 year olds to live. The people living there are very friendly, and it does have nice amenities, I just would ask that they keep up on the maintenance. Stains on the carpet, fix the guard rail on the pool that is used to hold on to when getting out, it’s very loose. Clean the pillows on the lounge chairs by the pool, and secure the pool so that there are not random people walking in and using it. Overall they do a good job."

"After six months of living here I can confirm it’s a great place to live! They updated the parking lot to fit more spots and I haven’t had an issue since because I get home right around five. If you get home later or leave and come back you might park on the street, but it’s never far. Maintenance is super responsive and kind too! It’s far enough from downtown you feel safer but can easily walk/bike to grey’s Lake, downtown, and the Ingersoll neighborhoods. I like the common spaces too. Honestly super glad I picked it here!"
