"Hey Hubbell, spend some money on the urine and poop stained carpets in the Skywalk that run through your apartment building and clean up the dirty walls. I work downtown and walk through this area and the smells are horrible. As much as you bring in each month on all of your properties, you could at least clean this up. Walked through this area on 8.23.23 when it was 100 degrees outside and the smells were terrible and the ac was not working as it was hotter than F inside the skywalk. If I wanted to live in an apartment, it sure wouldn't be this property because it is gross. I heard one of your renters come out of the laundry area and she made the comment that is was gross smelling. This is not healthy for people to be breathing in. I have seen one of your workers using a carpet cleaning machine where people piss and poop and that cleaner is doing nothing. It is time to clean this area up and put in more brighter lighting as well!"

"My parents live here and this place has gotten increasingly Orweillian. First of all, tenants cannot open a window to get fresh air, which I'm surprised is legal--it's certainly not ethical. Second, I just visited them, and they were unable to get me something out of storage because it has been closed down because supposedly, homeless people were being allowed down there to escape the elements. Tenants can only reach their floor or the 2nd (skywalk) as the elevator senses the key fob and prohibits tenants from reaching other floors. Please install windows that open--at least partially. I can understand safety concerns, but there are options that allow for opening only the bottom half of the window, for instance."

"Quickly coming up on living here for two years and Love it. Neighbors are nice, convent location and great internet available. The few issues that I have had regarding maintenance are quickly fixed, even during COVID-19 and apartment is well furnished with stove, garbage disposal, dishwasher and good sized refrigerator. Main library, multiple places to eat and a couple of places to pick up groceries and other necessities well within walking distance. Those that ain't within walking distance public transportation is easily accessible. No plans to move anytime in the near future."
