"They can’t provide internet at this property. It’s been a nightmare trying to figure it out. Truth is, don’t move here if you need internet. The building is too old. Update: I’ve attempted to have internet hooked up through both companies servicing this property. Either one can provide internet to my unit. Can’t wait to update this with hopeful resolve!"

"I lived at the Brady for almost a year and I loved my time there. It was the first place I lived on my own due to it being so affordable. The building has historic charm, my unit had beautiful views of Hoyt Sherman, location is perfect and the cost of utilities is minimal. The maintenance people are prompt and friendly. It is actually pretty spacious for it being a studio. I love that the kitchen is sort of closed off in another room and the big windows let in so much natural light. I would definitely recommend this place!"

"The Brady Apartments have character. The building is old, but it is well-maintained. Rent is reasonable. Utilities are affordable. The maintenance and management team is fast to respond to any issues. Location is excellent. Hoyt Sherman Place is right next door. Downtown (and Ingersoll) restaurants and shops are in easy walking distance. And yeah, they are studio apartments, so the space is really the only thing you have to think about. But considering they are studios, they are actually pretty spacious. I've been at The Brady Apartments 2 years so far, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in the area."

Maintenance requests are addressed immediately, the building is well kept, notifications are timely, and management replies to email within hours. Everyone here is quiet and respectful of their neighbors. My studio is spacious and definitely worth the low rent costs!"

"I have lived at the Brady for about two years now and I love it as much as I did when I moved in. I moved here after moving out of my parents house and this has been the perfect starter apartment but I think it would be perfect for anybody looking to live near downtown in a beautiful little studio. It is super well priced, cats are allowed, and it is incredibly clean. Everyone that I’ve come into contact with that lives here and also the maintenance staff are amazing and so friendly. I’ve never had to wait to have maintenance done, they are always very prompt and have been incredibly helpful. 100% would and have recommend to friends and family."
