"I have no idea where the bad reviews are coming from(and this is coming from a person who's had more bad experiences with land lords than good ones). The office manager, Donna, is extremely reasonable, will work around late fees if you are a person that actually pays their rent and follows contractual obligations for the majority of your lease. Every maintenance request I've made is followed up 8AM the next day for critical things. Have never had any invasions of privacy, quiet apartments, appliances work great."

"Lived her 2021-2022 back building 3005. Made multiple service calls to our landlord about our a/c not working. Got well over 90 degrees. Maintenance guy said they probably wont fix it. So lived the whole summer without a/c. Also had an esa for my cat that i gave them multiple times and they charged me off my deposit when i left for "unauthorized cats." The owner is a nasty person. Most hateful rude guy ive ever met. Could care less about the well being of their tenants. Pool was "broken" and unusable the whole time we lived there."

"I'm a veteran and have a sketchy past. I moved in here September. I met with Steve and Donna and told them exactly my situation and they gave me an opportunity. I was starting over after leaving Minnesota and a bad marriage. My personal opinion of Four Seasons Apartments is top notch property is beautiful Everything is maintained I look out my patio and I don't see stuff hanging on railings which makes it more aesthetically pleasing. Their website is excellent if I have and it's you I just put in a request and management gets back to you Within in my experience 24 hours or less. I love the auto-pay I very much enjoy living here."

"This is a great place to live. It is safe, quiet, and the owners and staff are awesome. The landscape is perfectly maintained and the two pools make it fun year round. I personally enjoyed that it was so close to Ingersoll, I would walk to the many restaurants and bars there frequently. I loved my apartment setup, and it was fantastic for the price. I only had a couple maintenance requests, but when I did they were dealt with very quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend Four Seasons to anyone looking for quality apartment living at an affordable rate."

"I'm in the Military and lived there for a year and had no issues. Management updated the stove and changed the locks and put in a dead bolt while I was there. I never had any issues with the management, they polite and responsive whenever I needed their assistance. The location was excellent great access to the city North, South, East and West and your right in the middle between Drake and UDM. Property was well maintained and Rent was very reasonable. I would recommend these apartments and would have stayed longer if the military wouldn't have sent mo North."
