"The Flux is a great place to live. We moved here about two months ago and absolutely love it! The location is on a nice quiet street in downtown DSM but is in walking distance to a lot of great places! If you are thinking about moving downtown, the Flux would be perfect for you!"

"Lived here for about 6 months. The staff here is great - both Tracy the property manager and Luke with maintenance. Tracy is very organized and an awesome manager, and organized some fun community events while I was there. The building and amenities are very nice. Walls are thick and you don't hear your neighbors. Good location. Only thing is price on a studio was a bit expensive for the amount of space you get - but that's most of downtown."

"Excellent property with excellent management. Tracy helped me get moved in immediately despite me only having a few days of notice before I needed to move to Iowa. The property is very clean, reasonably priced, and in a prime location. Great if you work downtown or want to live in a decently walkable area."

"I'll try to make this review as brief as possible but I have so much to say! I needed to secure a place in the DSM area for 3 months and The Flux did not disappoint! I was downright exhausted and sick but mustered the strength to call around and see who had affordable and clean apartments in the area. I spoke with Tracy, she was so sweet and patient with me, at this point I was in tears; her professionalism and kindness were unmatched. She went above and beyond to make adjustments to make sure I was able to move in ASAP and it was so appreciated! I only asked that the place be clean, safe, and have washer and dryer nearby. The Flux exceeded my expectations by far! It was a beautiful apartment, immaculate, washer and dryer in unit, just the right size for my needs, and a great location! The Walnut is a great place to eat and it's literally 10 steps away, Molly's cupcakes, Mr. Fong's, all a short distance away. If you're in the market for an apartment, please stop looking and move in!!! Very nice for travel nurses as it's close to the hospital as well. Tracy, thank you so much!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
