"The is arguably the best apartment building in Des Moines. Each unit has tons of natural light from the floor to ceiling windows. Units have very stylish fixtures and finishes. The gym and common rooms are great amenities. The building is a 5 minute drive from downtown, and it's very easy to hop on to 235. Most importantly Angie and Cole are fantastic on the management side. Couldn't have asked for a better place to live."
