"Honestly there’s not much to say. Apartment has to many issues. They take forever to get back to you. If you request any service it could take months for it to get solved. With that being said we’ve been with no hot water for days."

"I figured I better give my review since I’ve been living here for over a year. While it has had some big ups and downs, for the most part I’m satisfied. Negatives that we’ve come across: • During summer our A/C went out and it took a couple of weeks to get something from them. Our apartment hit 84 degrees and it was miserable. • When we first did a walk through they told us that it wasn’t final and they needed to fix a few more things. They never completed the small things like fixing the hole near the shower head, realigning a window that is diagonal, or fixing/replacing any screens. I would like the screens fixed if anything because I love having windows open when it’s nice out without the bugs. • Water pipes bursting a bunch during winter. However, on the other side of the situation, good things we’ve come across: • Recently maintenance has been super responsive! Whoever took over towards the end of last year is making sure things are happening. • When our dryer was taking forever to dry, they came out to fix it almost immediately. When that didn’t work, I sent in another request and they were out the next day to fully resolve our problems. • They replaced our furnace and it works amazing! • The new roofs that are being put on look great, too. • The A/C is fixed and also works very well. • The parking lot looks so much better with the top-coat finish they did. And some of my favorite points of this apartment is we have nearly 1,200 sq. ft. (2 bed, 2 bath) with washer/dryer, remodeled, massive living area, and new appliances. I would easily make this a 5-star review if the small items I listed were fixed, especially before the spring season is in full gear. Thank you for the better management recently, we appreciate it!"

"I toured a one-bedroom on Monday, February 19, 2024. I was absolutely gobsmacked that a building hallway with incredibly strong dog urines would even be considered appropriate to show prospective renters. I almost walked right back out the door, but didn’t want to be rude. The “classic” or more outdated unit was more spacious than my current 2-bedroom at a different property. However, there was a faint cat piss odor as well and obvious signs of water damage along the ceilings. I had asked if management was planning to clean the hallway carpets and if they’d be cleaning the units before moving in. I was told, “Yes”…apparently, several other folks have toured this very apartment and they ALL managed to mention the odors. I’d be embarrassed to come home daily OR have guests come over merely due to the hallways. The only reason why I’m adding the 2nd star is because Hailee was kind, courteous, and answered my questions."

"Joe has gots to be one of the best assistant managers we ever had out of all apartment complexes ! He’s extremely understanding and ALWAYS puts himself in our shoes. 10/10 Joe !! He has made it very easy for us to continue renting here"

"The new ownership is making good strides on improving the property. Landscaping has been improved, plumbing in all the buildings is being upgraded, apartments are being remodeled. I've enjoyed living here and seeing the new ownership taking back pride in their property."
