"Angie was absolutely amazing. I’m a bit of an over planner and I’ve been creating spread sheets of apartment comparisons for months to find the best apartment in Sioux Falls because having a place that feels safe and clean and like home is so important to my quality of life. I’ve toured several apartments so far in my hunt and none blew me away like this place. Angie answered all my questions, was so friendly, and within 10 minutes I knew for sure this was my future home. Even before the end of the tour something about this place just felt right and a huge portion of that is how welcoming Angie is. I will definitely update once I move in and live there for a few months but I could easily see myself happily living here for several years to come. I’m so happy that such a beautiful place is in my budget. Update: I’ve lived here for almost a year now and it’s proved that my initial reaction was so correct. I never want to leave I love this apartment so much. Angie still rocks and the rest of the staff has been great too. The amenities are awesome. The place is very well maintained and overall is just a great place to live. Would recommend to anyone and everyone."
