"Maddie the new property Manger is awesome. There were issues prior to her. She is doing great to fix them and keeps you updated. Which did not happen before. I always see her car here and has been in the office every time I stop. Which again was not the case before. Also the maitance man Cody is great. Willing to help and very pleasant. I trust them both. It is a nice community, nice pool exercise room. The appartments are quiet. Thank you Maddie and Cody."
"My wife & I have been renting here since May of 2023, having sold our house in Sioux Falls. We have generally been happy with the townhouse, though there are always things that could be better, nicer, etc. We have had a number of interactions with the staff. The staff are pretty responsive and ready to help. As with any home, there will be issues. The few that we have had were quickly dealt with through the web site complaint process. The complex manager can be seen daily checking things out and making sure things that need to be fixed, get fixed. Overall it is a good place to be. Aside from the ongoing new construction, the complex is pretty quiet going on in the complex and around Harrisburg. There is a lot of road construction in process, so think a bit of detouring around town. Some of it has been completed and it appears the remainder will soon be done. The pool is clean and has plenty of chaise lounges for sunbathers & tables. The Commons community building is well kept and has a wide screen TV, pool table and foosball table. The gym is clean and the equipment is new and of high quality. The grounds and green area in the common has a small park for the kids (not mine!!) and plenty of room for the kids to do their running around and such. It is plenty large enough to give you a sense of space. I mentioned construction, there are seven units being built. There are a number of units that are stood-up, but are still being finished inside. So there is a fair amount of construction noise, some litter and dirt...which goes with that process. Hopefully that will be cleared up and cleaned up before winter. From Creekside complex, you will find a number of stores (Fairway & HyVee) within walking distance. There is a new Convenience store being built a block away. There are plenty of opportunities (again in walking distance) to find a relaxing place to have an adult beverage."
"Me and my husband lived here for a year and in my opinion, this is not the company nor place you should give your hard earned money to. To start off, like most pop-up units this place was built cheap and it shows. Our first week in our brand new unit, we found that the sliding door was installed incorrectly and never locked properly. We literally had to use a piece of wood to make sure no one could get in. We also did not have amenities available to us until a month before we moved out, but we were still paying for amenities. When they come for inspections it’s hit or miss if they notify you. I work full time from home, so luckily I was there otherwise I would have never known someone was in my home. They rang the doorbell once, I was upstairs so it took me a second to get down the stairs to the front door. It hadn’t even been a full 10 seconds before i heard them unlocking my door, they open it as i’m five-ten steps away and i’m just like “excuse me??”. Mind you, i had NOT been notified anyone was supposed to be coming to my house for an inspection, so i told them to wait outside. That is EXTREMELY unprofessional and an invasion of my privacy that i could have reported. But i still gave them the benefit of the doubt after that. I had complained, as well as multiple neighbors who complained to me personally and to the office that it was extremely hot in our units. It was so bad some people had bought window A/Cs for their upstairs windows. Months after the complaints, it comes out that some of the attics were never insulated. I can’t imagine what others peoples bills were, but i know ours was over $200 each month. No compensation, nothing, just an email. I have a picture on my phone showing the indoor temp as high as 82 degrees. I had to work in that. They also double charged us for move out expenses, and didn’t send us our refund check until after 3 months of my husband calling to complain and them just giving him the run around. And to top it all off, they shorted us $140. Their customer service is non existent, if you try calling the office they won’t answer. If you try calling the customer service number, they are rude and unhelpful. Overall, this was the worst property management i have ever experienced and i’ve lived in multiple apartments across the country. For the same amount of money, you can have a way nicer place that will actually treat you with respect as a consumer."
"My wife and I lived here for nearly a year. Keep in mind these units were and are still being built. So noise and nails in the road from construction is normal. What isn’t normal was that our apartment was 80 degrees on hot summer days! Neighbors were putting their own ac units in their windows it was so bad. Well almost a year after living there and our electricity bill being over 200 dollars a month, we get a message that they forgot to finish insulting the attics. They said they would pay people out for the inconvenience but they never did and said ours was fine. Our thermostat was set for 68 all summer but our upstairs bedrooms were 83 degrees. Ridiculous. How is that fine to you? When we moved out they inspected our place and did the repairs they deemed necessary. They charged me double for everything. Two paint company bills, two cleanings, two carpet cleanings ect. I was told by the office guy we would receive 300 some back. Days later I get a bill saying we owed 380 and if we didn’t pay In 10 days they would send us to collections. After calling 20 times “they don’t pick up” I was able to get an itemized list and see where the mistake was where they double charged me for everything. After making even more calls they finally said I would not have to pay and they in fact owed me 300 some dollars. Well it took me two and a half months to get that money. I had to call weekly and they would give me the run around how they lost the check, or they sent it to the wrong place and this that and the other. When I finally received the check it was for $140 less than they told me I would receive. I normally don’t leave reviews but this place is ran terribly and treats you like garbage. I am a United States Navy vet and they treated me like I was a foolish kid. I would highly suggest looking for another place. I have lived at many apartments across the country and never have I been tossed about with bullshi* like this place."
