"Ms.piggy the property manager is never in the office constantly violates the fair housing laws. After giving leaving residents a bad experience she bribes them with gift cards to leave a good review instead of what their experience was really like. I was then moved into a half renovated apartment but had to pay renovated.after being promised the rest of the renovation would be done within the first few months of me living there. To no surprise nothing was done about the rest of the renovation but the price remained the same. 6 months later we broke the lease and moved out early only to get charged over $1000 in fees for a bogus deep clean in the kitchen that had all new appliances under 6 months old and a charged extra for every service as in Painting and cleaning. They then proceeded to keep my whole deposit claiming it was used for the fees and that I was being put on a list not to rent to or something because I left with a balance. Please people don't be tricked the responses are not from the actual owner it's from the indigo corporate office they just manage the property."

"The maintenance crew worked their rear ends off to replace an OLD and DISINTEGRATED bathroom faucet. Twenty year old valves and bolts and screws were difficult to loosen, but the project was completed without any complaining. Great job!!"

"BEWARE!! I asked about the averaging on the utilities, which they avoided, twice, saying I could call the utility companies. Not telling me at first that there's a seperate gas bill just for the fireplace. They later said I can expect averaging $300.00 for utilities, which does include internet, but does not include the second gas bill or electric. I paid the $60 application fee, twice, as there's 2 of us, but went to pay it at the end after filling it out, and they charged an extra convenience fee $7.50, just to pay it, twice. This property frames getting a good deal with a free garage with the apartment, and $50 internet. Not that impressive as Bluepeak, and T-Mobile are both $50 for high speed quality internet. Before knowing all of this, we asked if the deposit was refundable, she said yes, after they deduct carpet cleaning and any damages or cleaning. That was perfect. So we gave them the check for $950...$750 for deposit, and $200 for administration fee. But the next day when I called the utility companies, then calling them back and finally discovering how outrageous the utilities were for this 2 bedroom apartment, we hadn't signed a lease so decided to decline taking the apartment. I told her right away we decided this wasn't for us, and that I'd go ahead and come get the check. She replied with a disrespectful tone saying, "we've processed the check and you won't be getting any of that back". I was devastated to say the least. Luckily I checked my app and it hadn't gone through on my end, so I was able to freeze the check. I don't think they were very happy about that but that was criminal. I'm not sure if there's any legal steps I can take. People need to be protected from criminals like this. They would've happily stolen my money and could've gotten away with it. Possibly have with others. Moving is already a difficult experience for anyone. I have to wonder, what if I was a single mom or dad, and they actually processed it in time. Devastating that they conduct business in this way. (response to the response)... I find it disturbing that in your response, you're making this about fluctuating utilities, instead of the painful, and stressful experience, of you threatening to keep (steal) my $950.00 the day after I wrote the check with no contract signed, and never having moved anything into the unit. I recorded my conversation of you, with your sour attitude, telling me you already processed my check, and that I wasn't getting any of my money back. That is the true part of this that needs explaining and highlighted."

"So I will say, the negative reviews kind of made me a little nervous. But we moved here anyway & that was mostly because of how the owners responded to the reviews. Throughout our whole moving process, Creekstone Falls management has been so kind, so helpful & so patient!! We did our move in checklist & maintenance has seriously been on top of it ALL. We love a good management & an amazing maintenance team. The events & discounts they provide for their residents impressed us a lot! They seem to really care & we love that! Everything we've seen so far seems to be pretty well kept up on & clean! And even though we're behind the Empire Mall, it's still so quiet!! We're happy with our decision to move here!! : )"
